Data collected

The form collects only the information actually requested or necessary for its operation:

Legal basis

Contact and meeting requests are handled as pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Form security, abuse prevention and reasonable follow-up of enquiries are based on legitimate interests. Certain information may be retained where a professional or regulatory obligation requires it.

Mandatory

The required form fields are: first name, last name, email, phone number, profile, subject and confirmation that you wish to be called back. Without this information, it may not be possible to process or answer your request.

• Netlify, for hosting and technical form collection

Retention period

For prospective clients who have not entered into a contract, data is retained for up to three years after your last contact. Contractual and regulatory data, or data needed to defend legal rights, is retained for the periods required by the applicable obligations and limitation periods.

External transfers and providers

Netlify provides hosting and technical form collection. Some technical data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under its contractual safeguards. Calendly is loaded only when you explicitly click a booking button. WhatsApp is contacted only if you select its link. The privacy policies of those services then apply.

Cookies and local storage

No third party advertising or analytics tool is active, no marketing tracer is loaded on startup and no consent manager is currently required in this configuration. Calendly is loaded only after click. The session storage allows you to keep certain diagnostic choices, the permitted campaign settings and the context of your journey, as well as the confirmation status of requests.

This policy will need to be updated prior to the future activation of an analytics or marketing tool requiring consent.

The site assistant

In standard mode, your questions are processed in your browser using the answers written for this website. The conversation is held in memory on the current page and disappears when you reload, navigate away or select Clear. Do not enter documents or sensitive identifiers.

Before using the assistant, you are asked for your last name, first name, email and phone number. By selecting Send my contact information and continue, you ask to be contacted: these details and the page context are sent through Netlify. The conversation is not sent automatically. Details already sent are reused in this tab's session storage for 30 minutes after the last use so that you do not have to enter them again when changing pages. Clear removes them from the browser; it does not delete requests already sent to Gary. If you then choose to write to Gary, you can review and edit the summary before sending it separately. Your request, the four required contact details, your optional timeframe and the technical context are sent through Netlify. They are used to reply to you, without adding you to a mailing list, in accordance with the recipients, legal bases, retention periods and rights described on this page. Opening your email app is another option; you then decide whether to send the message.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition and portability where this right is applicable. You can also withdraw consent when processing is really based on it, and file a claim with CNIL.

Applications shall be made at the address gary.martins@uptimi.fr. Proof of identity may only be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
